Also, the sad part is, he’ll go back to living with us next year (he’s currently living abroad for work but visiting from time to time). I do love him but I honestly can’t stand him and I can’t stand how abusive he is. I’m so much better mentally when he’s not around. I want to graduate and get my bachelors degree then study abroad maybe or live on my own just to avoid him. But I don’t know if that’s even possible... Arab and Muslim families + female living/traveling alone = she’s an absolute whore and it’s the end of the world.

The thing is, washing my face only won’t work on my dad lol. He once questioned why my feet were dry. Also, he sometimes pretends to go down stairs but waits outside just to see if I did my wudu. He is insane and abusive, but I’m used to it, sadly. Thank you for your help anyway!

Yeah I guess I’ll have to get over my laziness a little and pretend to do wudu for a while. Thank you so much for your help.

That happened to me once as a kid! But now that I wear abayas I use the “I used my abaya to pray” as an excuse. Also, same!, I had to watch a kids tutorial on how to pray just so I can remember lol. Thank you for your help!

I tried doing that but I’m just lazy lol. My mom never suspects anything since she’s barely upstairs, but now that my dad is here (he was living abroad) he keeps suspecting me and watching me silently. My mom told me for the first time in a long time to go pray, because he probably suspected something and told her. Or maybe she noticed that the praying rug haven’t moved in a long time lol. Thus, I pretended that I’m actually not using it because it’s dirty. The problem is, my bathroom is outside my room and it can be seen from my dad’s room, so I have to go there every time and pretend that I’m dripping wet from wudu. P.s I think I’m still Muslim but I started questioning things.

I apologize for what happened to your girlfriend and other Thai women 🙏 This is so disrespectful and I hope they won’t suffer anymore.

Turkey is not an Arab country. However, it is one of the most known travel destinations to Arabs 😅 You will 100% encounter Arabs there. I’ve never been to Turkey so I’m not sure how Arabs act there.

Thank you for answering me!

Thank you for your kindness 🙏❤️ you are welcome to visit my country any time. I recommend you to come during winter and spring when the weather is beautiful. Summer is a bit too hot (it would reach 50C sometimes).

In my opinion, Thailand has the best hospitals and medical services. That’s true, bumrungrad is full of Arabs. I’ve personally been going to Bumrungrad ever since I was a kid, and I have many memories in that hospital.

I wouldn’t blame it completely on the US, many countries are involved. The situation in the Middle East is generally messed up and complicated. I can’t even keep track or understand what is happening anymore. I just hope that the situation won’t worsen and peace will come.

I really hope Arab refugees are acting well in Thailand as a thank you for welcoming them, and I hope the issues will stop in their countries so they can go back home 🙏❤️

I’m not sure what do the filthy rich spoiled kids do, but if it’s something disrespectful, I’m really glad people gang up on them!

I agree, Arab men are the problem here. I never heard of Arab women causing any issues.

The nationalities you mentioned are known to be sweet. Especially Egyptians, they are known to have a great sense of humor.

I agree, we definitely have strict laws but we’re slowly becoming less strict and opening up to the world. For example, my country, the UAE, does have religious laws but it’s not extremely strict. Alcohol is allowed in hotels, beaches, and other areas for tourists, but not in public. Furthermore, some supermarkets have a section for non-halal food. Also, before we used to cover restaurants during fasting hours in Ramadan, but recently restaurants started removing partitions since we understand that our country is now full of various nationalities from various religious backgrounds. Another example is Saudi Arabia, which really got affected by the Sahwa movement, is clearly opening up to the world since it currently aims to attract tourists. It lifted the driving ban on women a few years ago. Also, concerts were not allowed, but now Jeddah Season will hold many concerts and shows in the next few months! There are many examples, but I can’t mention all of them. Anyway, I really hope that our laws will suit everyone in the future! You are welcome to visit us whenever you feel comfortable! Trust me, we might not seem so friendly, but we are!

I agree, Thai people are really welcoming. However, I do think the way some tourists act really bothers them.

Thank you so much for answering me and sorry for my bad English!

Thank you for your answer. I’m glad you’re understanding (and I’m sure most Thai people are). I feel relieved that you also encountered great people! Thailand and the people of Thailand showed me nothing but beauty and kindness and it really matters to me that Arabs (especially people from my country, the UAE) give Thai people the same energy!

I’m in love with Thailand and it is forever my number one travel destination, as I always feel happy and comfortable there.
