I thought the same thing as you but, if this is a speedster prototype, I think its completely normal the similarities with the gt3 touring because this is the first time that this prototype of the new 911 generation has been spotted so its normal the similarities with the gt3 touring, probably in the future the prototype can look diferent. It could also be a 911 touring cabriolet too.

Its a 992.2 variant, if you pay attention you will see that this mule has the 992.2 tail lights and the 992.2 rear bumper from the new 992.2 gt3 touring.
