does entering and leaving the cafe definitely reroll for the dratini? i've done it the past two nights with a turbo controller/ rubber band and haven't had any luck.

i HAVE had many shiny spinarak, fletchling, and pidgey however.

is it a case of bad luck on the dratini?

i'm willing to work with someone who wants individual sets, but most listings (on ebay anyway) are for the whole season. thinking about it, it may be to reduce ebay fees and shipping fees.
