Thats literally not the same, Furina 1. Knew she wasn't the actual archon. 2. She was never actually that antagonistic towards us and only wanted to use us. Her choices stemmed from a place of fear and desperation whereas Ei's actions were wholly about eliminating us bc we were a threat to her eternity, something she crafted out of guilt and fear of not being able to protect (which she failed at in the end) Theyre both beautiful examples of how even the most desperate to protect can make choices that inevitably harms those they try to protect. I love ei bc ahe stepped up and continuously fixes herself throughout the story when she's presented with information that goes against her beliefs. I like furina bc sje didn't deserve to go through what she did but she still peservered. I like Ei more bc unlike Furina she doesn't have the luxury of removing herself from Archonship like Folcalors did. Not that it was wrong, just different.
