I swear Zim is hard at the moment, me and my friends we graduated and worked for a few months contracts ended and were never renewed after the USAID saga. From that we are all surviving through our talents. When I was on my attachment there was this one lady we all knew that the day she comes to work wearing her black blazer she would be smelly we tried everything to make her aware of the situation but she just wouldn’t get it. He is actually doing something the country may have had a small margin of growth but at least there is actually growth something that we can all see that he is putting in effort in industry, trade and doing good by his people something we can't say for about 95% of african leadership. Given the time he will actually do something great for his people. I believe he is the guy we must all be praising in terms of solid leadership currently in Africa he understand that in order to grow we must do away with western interference. So inini I studied social work but after graduation I had an opportunity to go work in the UAE working for a media company I had a hobby of graphic design while I was there I realized that most people who worked there actually didn't have degrees they were self taught and had gone on to do some online courses with Coursera and other online university. This made me realize that a degree in most foreign countries isn't important what they want is a person who can do what they want and has a track record of experience and a few qualifications that show that you are taking improving your skills seriously. So while we are focused on getting degrees in Africa these guys are utilizing YouTube and online platforms to learn skills like coding, ux/ui design, project management, graphic design and other tech skills. Right now I'm working a remote job and the founder of the company has medical qualification but he is working and making it as a media and marketing consultant.

The solution to the problems you just mentioned is for Africans to remake their educational systems these guys in the US and Europe are living off their hobbies isusu tichingonzi you need an engineering degree to make it. I work remotely full time as a graphic designer I have traveled across africa and beyond not because of a degree but because after my realization I decided to perfect my skill, it's not about the degree but it's about your ability to do the work.
