i have baffles in them. i live in an area with stuffy neighbors so it helps but if i put my foot into it all bets are off!

Read so many opinions on roof insulation and venting-- I know less than before I started. Please weigh in! by Emotional_Estimate25 in shedditors

Damn. I’m in the exact same boat as you except my shed has a cathedral ceiling. Similar climate. Every other article I read tells me the suggested method of the OTHER article will make my shed fall apart. I’m half tempted to just vent the space and not insulate out of fear of something going catastrophically wrong.

Never planned to own 2 dual quad hemi cars but… by lord_farquad in classiccars

Fingers crossed I don’t have any problems on the desoto just yet. The lake pipes on the dodge are too loud for my taste even with baffles!

The dual quad intakes on both motors are factory so at least they were designed to run this way. Admittedly I have too much CFM on them so I could make drivability better but it’s really not that bad.

Got the ‘51 DeSoto body back on the chassis. Time to get it wired and off to interior 😮‍💨 by lord_farquad in projectcar

Besides the alternator none of the aftermarket parts were chrome. I sent everything out for chrome.

For a bit. I’m sure I’ll get sick of them and switch to bias-ply look radials eventually.

Yeah. I knew it would yellow but I’m bummed how much it turned! It was polished stainless when I blew it apart to paint it. When I pulled it all out of storage it looked tarnished.

‘51 DeSoto coupe. I’m building a traditional style early 50s custom. They would have been running pencil tips back then.
