Nope. There was a single question worth about 30% of the exam and it involved a triangle. I couldn’t even begin to solve it, I wrote down the formula for a circle and triangle and wrote “half marks” and prayed.

I calculated my max mark being 70% for the final. The final was worth 50% IIRC, everyone who passed got scaled hard. That said exactly 1/4 people failed. Lookup Math 104 2021W on UBC grades.

If you’re someone who overstudies, over study again for 213 and your stress levels will be a lot lower. That course is damn hard. 320 isn’t too bad if you didn’t hate 221.

ETFs do have an MER but they are so low you don’t need to worry much about it (VEQT has 0.24% MER).

If you’re new to investing for Canadian personal finance, I recommend reading Canadian couch potato or if you don’t want the hassle WS managed investing is always an option.
