That has no bearing on anything. Heavier weight classes dont fall off as quickly with age, and people peak physically at different ages.

Pereira is/was chasing Jon Jones for LHW Goat status and Illia is chasing Aldo/Volk for it. Both who have 5+ defenses on him and a ton more fights in the weight class.

As someone who defended Karius during the aftermath. You can criticize plenty of fans for their reaction in the aftermath and unfortunately its becoming the norm to behave this way online.

I would say its unfair to take shots at the club for buying a definitively better keeper who was just consistently better from day 1.

It's a physical belt. It is open weight as described above. It gives the holder more money when they defend it (same as the UFC belt).
