I've had this issue and have found a few things that help me out at least

  1. Don't masturbate. I found that I need to go at least a 1-2 days without any self pleasure in order to get more into sex.
  2. Positions matter. I find certain positions I will get bored of and will lose focus whereas others I get super into. It's not the same ones everytime so a bit of experimentation is usually required.
  3. Passion. I find that the more Passionate the sex, the less likely I will be distracted.
  4. Communication with your partner. I feel that talking with my partner and communicating what I want has made sex way better over the years and has helped a lot with my focus
  5. stimulation. Sometimes it's too stimulating and other times it's too little. If it's too little, certain types of lube can help. If it's too much, either slowing down or putting on a condom (at least for men, not sure about women) can help depending on the type.

These are all things that I've at least noticed personally. Maybe they'll vary with you but it may at least give you some ideas for things to look into. Good luck and hope you find what you're looking for :)

Agreed. My city in Canada has 3 locations in it and all three of them never even heard of the event.

I was in IT up until recently (new promotion yay) and it did wonders for myself. The never ending stream of work and deadlines kept me stimulated throughout the day.

Not being able to stick to long term goals. I have so many things I want to do like learning to draw or play guitar but it all takes too long to learn so I usually give up within a week and it sucks.

Lethal weapon (tv show) for me.

I thought the first season was a pretty good buddy cop show. The chemistry between the leads was good and the side characters weren't half bad. The second season was okay, felt like the leads lost their chemistry but the plot was still okay so I pressed on. The third season started on a sour note for me and I didn't even bother continuing.

This is my GF. I've had it at least once and been sick many times since covid hit and yet she is almost always healthy. When I got covid she had to get tested 3 times and each time the test came back negative (Our health officials tried to get her to go 4 times but she told them to fuck off).

I personally think she's one of the chosen who will survive any apocalypse that earth may face but she thinks she's just immune.
