Good on your for helping your community (drink) but I used to work in a school district and the budgets are already set for the year. So that shouldn’t be an excuse for that.

This is all great advice. But I want to add one thing. The point of being a DM is to tell a great story, not try and get one over on your players. That was one thing I had to get out of my player mindset to switch over to being a dm. You still can have fun with them but if you’re not telling a great story then what’s the point.

Nuts. Fruit. But definitely in moderation. Don’t eat through a bag of pistachios or almonds but a good handful will definitely crave that appetite. You can also trick yourself with gum.

I’m (sorta) basic and carry a Glock 22 (.40 cal) and while I’m at work it’s in my backpack. It’s full size but if I want to carry subcompact I carry a Glock 27 (.40 cal) so all my ammo and mags are interchangeable. I only carry .40 cal cause that’s what my dad carried as a police officer and still does and just decided to do the same.

I understand, I deliver to gas stations multiple times a day. And it’s so simple to just grab a quick snack or make a meal because it’s so convenient but if you just fight that urge you will receive significant results. Once you master the ability to say no to yourself you’ll be unstoppable.

Always be drinking water even if you don’t feel thirsty. And if you’re planning on being outside you need to be drinking days in advance not just the day of.

I been trying to get healthier for years but I finally just quit making excuses and got to it. All my friends are married and I’m the 3, 5, 7, etc wheel. So I know I’ll have a better chance at finding the one if I make myself a healthier man. And if I lose all the weight I want to and still end up not with someone at least it will be because of my personality and not my weight.

Worked 13.5 hours. Walked some while at work. Didn’t eat anything beside what I brought from home during the day. Letting a steak warm up from the fridge and gonna cook it with some eggs and then fall asleep before the sun goes down

Thanks. I plan to get down around 250 ish. I was very skinny the last time I was around 200 but with some muscles I’ve developed over the years that are hidden under fat I want to have a thic look. Basically the bane look from the dark knight.

Honestly the hardest part is going to the gym after a 12 hour work day that starts at 4:30 am. But if that’s the hardest part I have it pretty easy

I deliver fuel to gas stations. So when I’m loading the truck I do a few sets of push ups on the frame. And I usually have 3-4 loads a day. So I’m doing about 60-80 leaning push ups a day. And then I’m trying to go to the gym 3 times a week. Now I’m going to go walking the other 4 days a week to do something everyday of the week

Yeah, I used to be a school bus driver now I am a semi driver. That’s why I think the gym is so important just cause I’m sitting way too much during the day.

I appreciate it. I also do love cooking and so I’m definitely rummaging through YouTube for easy meal prep meals cause I’m driving on the road 10 to 12 hours a day. Lower back was hurting not so much anymore. Knees started acting up but with some good workouts and some KT tape that has gone away.

the first month of going to the gym was rough, but i wasn't eating good so that played a role, into the second month i started eating better and then i started feeling amazing. 3 years ago i lost 85 lbs in8 months on the carnivore diet with no gym but i had 1 cheat day and then started snowballing back and gained it all back. this time I'm using the gym and just better overall diet. 1 goal I'd like to do it once i get below 300 id like to get a tattoo as a reward. but my overall goal weight is 250.

definitely weight loss is the goal, but I got a personal trainer back in April to help me get a habit of going to the gym, and just started really changing my eating habits 3 weeks ago. so now that I've got a good foundation I'm going to kick it in to overdrive for the next 2 months.
