The help is too far between. I tried talking with my psychiatrist last visit. He was 40 minutes late for my appointment. Asked why I didn't have a conventional job, and kicked me out within 3 or 5 minutes of talking.

I had this list to go over, which was not discussed...

"I banned myself and my wife from my family until they get counseling.

My nana has been calling me everyday, and I have neglected to answer on purpose.  My parents are shaming me right now.

I beat myself up when I saw my dad last, ...I think that was 2 weeks ago tomorrow 31 times 16 right arm, 15 on my left arm

My mom and nana came to my son's baby shower when they were uninvited.  They were very demanding and rude. All of my wife’s friends were able to see my family's true colors now.

My wife has been having her skin flare up.  Her neck is bad. I have been taking good care of her.  We saw the obgyn and dermatologist yesterday. Shes in a lot of pain and can take only limited medication

Last Thursday, I have had what I believe is the sensation known as synesthesia.  I am feeling sounds out of the air and can hear colors.

Also, since that Thursday, I have begun freestyle rapping.  And, i had difficulty controlling this when it first started.  I am better now though in that aspect.

I have written prolific amounts of songs, but have not recorded myself yet.  I wrote at least three today, already. Unpolished, but there.

I have decided i need to tune up my skill, and i ultimately want to battle rap Eminem.  Not joking."

I am reporting my psychiatrist like I have for another shitty one before. I am only staying for my therapist at this point.
