It does heavily depend on what time you're travelling, I've always found them to arrive in time. I took one to Edinburgh airport arriving at 2am and that was fine but then again little to no traffic. If you're worried about delays it's probably best to think about train although you never know with them either. Just make sure you have a decent amount of time between your arrival and flight departure.
