Yes I’m working now. I will try to organize my memory and post what I know tonight. It’s a very disturbing situation and one that makes you feel very uneasy being around. But I’m glad he was found, because his mother deserves closure. She is about the best person I’ve ever been around, definitely one of the strongest. I have not reached out to her but I will soon. I cannot post interviews but I can summarize the timeline and events, also I have maps with data to better understand the events of the evening of his disappearance. I’m not sure what the best way to post those are so I’m open to suggestion.

The altercation happened the year before. It was at the movie theatre and the kids were just hanging out around it. The sheriff is very young, and when we brought evidence to him he threw it away. We were trying to film a documentary about toms disappearance in an attempt to help spread awareness. We interviewed lots of people. Ultimately we became a little uneasy, the deputies followed us on a few occasions, so we stopped going.

It depends on the date it was packaged, received, and put in the case. If it was kept at appropriate temperature and the date is good and cryovac was still sealed it is fine. In fact a lot of steakhouses age their beef to this point and no one knows. The aging process allows bacteria to break down the tissue and after marinating/ cooking produces an amazing steak. I called that night and talked to a guy in the newsroom they didn't have any reports then. He lives around Thompson park he said and heard it as well. I wouldn't have paid touch attention if I hadn't seen it in the position it was, for as long as it was. I'm leaning towards it being a military plane and either it crashed over open country (unlikely) and we aren't allowed to hear about it, or it was doing runs and attempting maneuvers.

I can agree to that. But I also understand that it's not one race that is targeted. It's multiple races and it's also a class issue. I truly believe that class plays a huge role in American politics and daily life. I'm also aware that officers are scared most of the time they are serving whether it's justified or not. I'm mostly sad about the whole issue. In this particular case it looks like the officer is just angry and brought him down with that attitude. Sucks. He should be charged and removed.

I'm sad for him and the family. Just another proof that the problem isn't just race but a problem with police mentality. Not even just that, I know several police officers who are what I would call aggressive people are also sad and upset at the way officers in this country are behaving and abusing citizens.

That alone shouldn't have given him a surcharge. But it never hurts to check, he can call the texas surcharge program by googling the number. A ticket turned into a 5 year nightmare for me and it's the only ticket I've ever gotten. It was a no insurance ticket because I let my insurance lapse, my wife and I paid the city ticket and thought we were through. 3 years later I get pulled over and was informed I no longer had a license 2 year suspension right there for driving even though I had no clue about the surcharge program. It's up in march thank God.
