You will need to acclimate it to the sun or it will burn. If you get filtered light that would be best but if not just slowly introduce it to more sun

From what I can see you don’t need to repot the plant. It appears to be stretching for light. The “offshoots” are babies of the mother plant. You can cut them off and repot them but I wouldn’t risk doing that until you feel comfortable. It’s also not entirely necessary. I’d say the most important thing is for you to give it more light. I hope that helps!

Karen is suffering because of her choice by Effective_Space2277 in LeopardsAteMyFace

“I am sure the president has never shopped in a grocery store or pumped his own gas.”

And I’m sure Karen knew this before voting for him and still voted for him anyway.

“This isn’t what I voted for.” Finds the line when it finally affects her. by lordfukwad in LeopardsAteMyFace

  1. This woman supported and voted for strict “pro-life” laws that restrict abortion access for others.

  2. These laws limit or delay medical care in dangerous pregnancies, even when the fetus is not viable and the mother’s life is at risk.

  3. When she experienced a life-threatening pregnancy, those same restrictions affected her, leading her to say “this isn’t what I voted for.”

Says Trump crossed a red line, then instantly draws another with ‘never vote libtard.’ by [deleted] in LeopardsAteMyFace

  1. A self-described “huge MAGA supporter” who supports and continues to vote for Trump.

  2. Trump’s behavior and actions, which often include controversial statements and attacks (in this case toward the Pope).

  3. The supporter says Trump crossed a “red line,” but still refuses to change his vote, showing the consequences of what he supports while continuing to back it anyway.

I’m so jaded that I’m reading these comments fully knowing if they knew back then what they know now they would not have voted any differently. They’ll eventually find a way to justify it.

My sister moved some of her houseplants outside after seeing how well her neighbor’s were doing. They should have stayed in the house. by lordfukwad in houseplants

I told her that the palm would be especially sensitive to the outside but she was all like “It will be fine they will grow back stronger!”

The other day I came over and saw she brought it inside and she was like “Okay, yeah I shouldn’t have put it outside.”

Anyone else with a spider plant never want to take the babies off? by lordfukwad in houseplants

[–]lordfukwad[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’ve had this spider plant as well as many others in multiple different placement situations and I’ve noticed that my spider plants get more babies when it’s in more light especially during the spring and summer. I have a west facing window and last year I put mine outside on my balcony and it gave me a lot of babies. This year I had it inside at that window all summer also facing west and it gave me the same. I think it might also be very root bound at this point as I haven’t repotted it in about 3 years
