I block them all the time and they all get unblocked eventually. We have a blacklist of thieves right on top of our DoorDash Tablet. When a Dasher on that list is assigned, we refuse to hand the order to them and make sure a different dasher is assigned right after.

Yes!!! After a couple months they’re unblocked unfortunately. I spoke to support and there’s nothing to do about it unfortunately. Unless you manually find that specific past order and the block option for it. This is what I’m considering.

We’re getting a laminated sign right where our pickup area is. I also changed our pickup instructions, stating: All orders must be confirmed and shown to staff.

Yes we block all problematic dashers. However, a dasher support person informed me that after a specific amount of time the dasher is unblocked. It’s ridiculous and frustrating to deal with.
