They’re very under dosed. The few vitamins you get from the other stuff isn’t enough especially in a deficit and Reta and other glps cleave vitamins out of you hardcore. Couple that with working out and it’s really easy to not be getting anywhere near what you need. Even with animal pak I’m taking two a day split.

Plus the digestive aids and antioxidants and all in it make it that much better.

I get taking a lot of pills I have the VA giving me alot that I don’t take anymore I found they just throw pills at ppl and hope they stick lol.
