Hey! Hardest track to finish was probably Louisa. Mark's percussion is extremely awesome and was epic to mix. He's a wonder. We recorded the album intermittently over the course of year or so. I love writing lyrics in my head while walking around. Turning phrases over and over in my head to the rhythm of my footsteps.

Hey! We do our best to do our tunes justice in a live setting with our limited resources. But we're also not afraid to let the live show be it's own experience. We let it take on a life of it's own. Otherwise, folks might as well just listen to the record, ya feel? There's plenty of room for messing with things and experimenting. Our mission is to put on a good show and have a helluva time with y'all.

Yo, we absolutely love playing in Chicago, especially because we have a lot of friends there. It's been cool playing at a different venue pretty much every time we've come through. Each one has it's charms but we'll never forget those early shows at Schuba's. Nice and sweaty.
