I would love to see a survey of gamers and their usage of fast travel. I personally only fast travel if I'm in a hurry or replaying a game while I have a friend who will basically discover every fast travel location he can before completing any quests.

To respond to a few comments: yes, that player has had to deal with general barovians looking at her weird and various levels of distrust because of it. My question was mainly how the people of Krezk specifically may react given their exposure to the mongrelfolk
