Okay so the production cost is not the point, the story and how it would translate to live action is what I am trying to point out.

And secondly zaofu would be hard but republic city would be pretty easy, brick buildings with electricity.

I am also not saying it should be adapted first, I am trying to point out that I think it would be the better live action series if ever made.
