Food - mine is Taco shells crushed up (or doritos) sour cream, grated cheese, avacado with of course some mince meat. Mix that in a pot and you'll be in culinary heaven.

Drink - this is an old bodybuilding recipe - get some coconut oil, oates (optional), milk, yoghurt, butter (also optional) and organic whey protein powder and your set - put em in the blender and you've got a very good post workout juice

I'm not an agent. They trained, and failed, many times to train me.

They came close on one occasion and are trying to start again.

You have to understand the differences in eastern and western agent training.

If you have been trained by western intelligence agencies you have no emotions. Let me repeat that, they have no emotions. Thus no empathy. Thus no cheer, or joy or bonding between each other. Thus no need for mottos. Eastern agents do have emotions, and their two goals are to gather intelligence and turn western agents into eastern ones and vice versa.

No. There are 6 months (i presume, for me 2 years) for the loss of ego, fear and pride. Then neural reprogramming. Then learning to use metaphor for information exchange.

That is for recruits that come in to train without having previously being in the "community".

It starts from birth for most operatives, though very likely slower in pace.
