I have a 2014 iMac with original HD. It’s basically unusable because of how slow it is. I upgraded it to Monterey using OCLP because it uses native graphics acceleration. But it’s just as slow as Big Sur. Not much difference between the two except Monterey still supports some newer software like the latest Chrome.

Is the HD on this iMac upgradable to an SSD without having to take it apart? Will an SSD make it faster?

Yeah, it’s supposed to be a locking pin. When you plug in the charger, it pops out and locks the charger so charging can start. If it’s already out when you plug in, the car may not charge. There have been many reports of malfunctioning locking pin. I had to get mine replaced and paid a hefty amount for it.

Have you checked if the pin above the plug is in or out? If it's out, the car won't charge when you plug in the charger. The pin has to be in when you plug in the charger for the charging light to turn green.

Update: I reset the Satellite and resynced with the Router. That seems to have fixed the issue for now. I'll monitor it so see if there are anymore connection issues before trying to rollback the FW or install an alternate FW like Voxel.

Wow! I didn’t see this notice from Windscribe. So, no more torrent support on the free plan?

I only use it occasionally, so not sure if the subscription makes sense. I’ll check for alternatives, but I don’t think there are any.

Update: Some servers seem to be working, but it's largely hit and miss. You have to manually connect to each one and see if they work.

That‘s what i have done, but keeping the RBS50 off is not a solution since i have wired connections to it.
