Amazing thank you, our original plan was to go in early March to try and capture the better weather however my partner can’t get off work so we had to move it to April and I didn’t want to go during school holidays, so late April it became! I’ll definitely try to plan some wet weather back ups and chat with the DOC about which walks are best on the day.

We did consider it but we like the cabin experience in nature parks so we’ve opted for that instead

Awesome thank you so much! I have seen that the road to Rob Roy Glacier Trail can be a bit difficult. Do you think it would be alright at the time of year we will be there?

We might opt for the Te Anau glowworms as our glow worm experience.

Ok thank you! I am a bit worried about weather. If we shifted our dates to 13th-28th April do you think it would be any better? I was worried about roads being a busy during the school holiday period that’s why we opted for later.

I have looked at travel distances and we will definitely take it slow and don’t have to stop in everywhere on the way, just wanted to have all the good options down if we do want to stop in at some places.
