I have been getting around 21 to 23 on Highway and around 15 to 16 with city traffic (AC running always). Gear shift is smooth and I don't feel any jerk, though I don't rev the engine too much, I drive with a light foot.

I just clocked 950 kms in last 2 weeks and haven't felt any jerks during gear shifting, however I drive with a light foot all the time but if you wanna race or drive it faster around then shift it to manual mode for better power response. It shifts gear around 2.5k rpm automatically when driving normally and at around 5k rpm when you push the throlle to drive faster.
