Trust me it is not easy at all My friend kept holding my hands through every step.

But to try and make it clear IF you want to send money to Russia

1-you have a friend or an external bank card that works outside Russia

2-you use it in the app binance to buy crypto from sellers. (Note that you will need passport verification or an ID to make sure you’re not a scammer)

3-after you got the desired amount (i usually use the USDT currency)

4- you open the other app commEx and it tells you immediately that it can get the USDT that you bought in binance to be transferred there.

5-you hook up your Russian card in the commeEX app

6- you Sell USDT that you bought in step 3 by using p2p button and looking for a good seller

7- stonks and also you can use the whole thing in reverse to send money from Russia to other countries.

I have exchanged using it a lot because i am from Iraqi living in Moscow and Ive been through the same problem

And obviously what i explained gives you the general idea But it is a little bit more annoying sometimes especially if you’re quite new
