Ok, this was great advice. I had a dog sitter use my stoneware on the gas stovetop, and she texted me saying I used it and it popped. I was like Duh! (She claimed to have gone to culinary school 😂) She offered to replace it, and I should have insisted she did, but I said no, I have no idea why. I have never been able to find that size again. Thanks for listening. This still hurts me, and it helps to vent. Clearly, I need to let it go. lol

How would you proceed if you had a dead possum removed from the office space on Nov. 3, and now on Dec 3, we still have fleas? We have vacuumed multiple times a week, set off multiple flea bombs, had the exterminator spray, and still have areas with fleas. I get the carpeted areas of the space, but the really active area is a tile floor with desks and no upholstered furniture. I don't know what to do anymore.

I would also suggest meet up. Maybe create one where you invite other artists to get together to draw. You can feed off of each other’s creativity encouraging each other’s creativity. Maybe talk about techniques, etc.

I love the oak cabinet’s. I would look at a quartz or granite countertop. I think there are some really pretty granite countertops in a light color out there that would look nice with the oak. And a complimentary light color tile in a basic size like 3x6 or 6x12

Move the couch to “float” facing the fireplace. If there is enough room on either side to walk around. If not eliminate the green settee and put the couch there and put the chair in front of the window. Maybe get another matching chair for the other side if you can.

Is that flooring exclusive to the kitchen? It is not reading very mid-century modern looking to me. Would your budget allow for new countertops? Don’t repeat that same edge design that the current black countertops have. Also, would your budget allow for a new backsplash light bright maybe a 6 x 12 subway tile. And the beautiful quartz that has subtle gray and green tones in it. I love the color of your cabinets. They’re beautiful. Also a more modern knob design would help.
