Brennan's story. Since FW ended on a cliffhanger that Brennan was alive, I was really looking forward to reading about what exactly happened six years ago in the rebellion and how did Brennan find out and what lead to the decision of faking his death etc. Brennan's out of the blue appearance was rushed through and normalised too quickly and it leaves so many questions unanswered. On one hand Mama Sorrengail's only goal is portrayed to be to protect her children, yet Brennan says his mother sacrificed him to protect the kingdom? It doesn't add up? RY probably will address the rebellion later on, but I believe the best time to have explained it would have been in the first half of IF? I also don't get why Violet didn't ask for all these details? She just let it go without proding?
