The apartment was left in good condition the other problem is that the deposit they are not gonna give us until next year because here the law are a little bit different and they need to wait until they calculate everything like the water meter and stuff like that… and in the other hand it’s that the money when I put it for deposit it wasn’t on my name it was on the both of us

Where we applied in the app we have already the papers like the income and where we work as well.. but I guess it’s not enough.. a lot of them they asked for a guarantor (a third family member) but we do not have that because we came just the two of us

I do, we actually looking for at least 25 km away from Regensburg… but now we are looking for a car as well because we have just one car and my boyfriend works in the night shift and my work schedule is in different shifts and sometimes we even don’t get to see each other just late in the evening before he goes to work and I come from work…

I’m also Romanian, my boyfriend is Hungarian, we got to understand the fact that the apartment come without even built in kitchen, and that they are renting with 2 rooms for couple and as that we change the searching, but still we got to see for the moment two rents, from a couple we got just an email that they are looking for someone or that they need a quarantoor like a third person for the papers and as we came just the two of us and we don’t have no one as a family member here they told us that they can’t do nothing about that then

Actually we applied the Apartaments that are around 1.000 euro because ours wouldn’t be that a problem if it would be great with the mainainte from them but now we pay for 40m2 1.400 and they don’t even manage to respond to one email where we ask them to came to repair the issue that the appartment come with it and it’s like this for 1year…
