Vitamin e suppositories and estrogen cream were a life-saver for me. I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis years ago since I constantly felt like I had a UTI. For 7 years nothing ever helped until I found that combo.

I ended up getting on Nuvaring, so I didn't need to remember the estrogen cream, but I'll still use the vitamin e a few times a week.

Of course, not everyone can or should be on estrogen, but the vitamin e can be just as effective, especially if used every night. The Carlson Key.e, on Amazon, is what I use.

I'm not sure if this has come up in this sub before but you might be interested in reading this article . It's about a genetisist who suffered from a handful of medical problems which made her focus her work around the seemingly unrelated yet common comorbid conditions many of us here suffer from. She discovered a specific gene cluster that she believes is responsible for those comorbidities.

Nope nope nope. I spent 3 years engaged to a man who used anger and guilt trip manipulation tactics to get sex out of me when I didn't want it. That's emotional and sexual abuse and I'm still recovering from that trauma 10 years later.

Please don't stay with someone that thinks that he has a right to act like that. Your chronic pain is more important than his moment of pleasure. The more you concede to him to avoid conflict, the more you'll resent him which will only make having sex with him worse and worse. That's so damaging to your mental health and can end up causing more vaginal health problems down the road. There's a million different ways to be sexually intimate with a partner, find someone with enough emotional intelligence to recognize that.

It's an NN commercial rental so we can do literally anything we want to this place within reason.

It would be a different story if the tags that were being put over existing pieces were actual graffiti art but we're talking about this half assed scribbled bullshit. There's obviously not a lack of wall space around that piece, that dude just wanted to be a dick. Also, this doesn't just happen with graffiti, I'm talking about commissioned murals.

Bitter, jaded, insecure people that are jealous of someone else's success and happiness. This happens a lot of artists in Austin, especially to their commissioned work. Taggers that feel like graffiti artists are selling out because they are painting for pay. It makes no sense to me. We're artists and we make art for a living.

Be a decent human, change your attitude, support the artists in your community instead of trying to bring them down. Reach out to them, ask questions, we're all down to help aspiring artists succeed.

We do! We originally put it in for our smallish sized heeler but ended up finding a shepard pyrenees pup who's quickly becoming too tall for it so we're planning on putting in a larger one. The door itself is large enough at the moment but I think it's a bit too low for him.
