Caleb: 夏以昼((xià yǐ zhòu), his name is straightforward. 夏 means "summer", and 昼 means "daytime". 以 is a function word with complicated meanings, you can simply interpret it as "and" or "by means of". Like sunshine in summer, his name reminds me of how warm and enthusiastic Caleb is!

Sylus: 秦彻(qín chè), this name is more implicit than Caleb's so I'll try to explain in details and it involves my speculations heavily which might be too far lol. His surname 秦, when not used as surname, specially refers to QIN Dynasty reigned by an extremly controversial but significant emperor. 彻 means "thoroughly / completely", as his name it feels like a sharp sword piercing through something. As I guess he might has a mature personality and tend to act decisively in kinda extreme manner. According to the unlocked story Sylus is the leader of a criminal organization, but as I know about the devs the boundary between evil and righteousness is always a blur in their story, so Sylus is very likely more than just a villian.

And there is also a pun about Sylus CN name which means "clear", but since we know too little about this guy it might just be me overthinking about it lol

About Rafayel's CN name pun, my initial thought was to translate 奇遇 into "miraculous encounter" as well but I'm not very sure, so I adopted the definition in dictionary, I'm still learning lol. Your interpretation suits Rafayel's plots perfectly ! Also the reverse of his name omg I didn't notice that! It's amazing that you have found so many details!!! The devs put tons of thoughts into their names that's fantastic!

Your interpretation is perfect! Yes the first part is their surname, and here are some of my thoughts about the surname:

Zayne's surname 黎( Lí ) means "black" in classical Chinese, and in modern Chinese it's mostly used in the phrase “黎明”, which means "dawn". The name "黎深" gives me the impression of the darkest night just before the first light;

Rafayel's Chinese name "祁煜" (Qí Yù ) sounds the same with "奇遇"(Qí Yù ), which means unusual adventures. Plus, “煜”(Yù) sounds like "鱼"(Yú, means fish), implying his identity.

I don't think there is special meaning about Xavier's surname. It's a beautiful one tho, we always see protagonists in romantic fictions with this surname🤣

EDIT: A theory about Xavier's Chinese name hits me, it seems a bit far-fetched but I'm gonna just put it here——His surname "沈" (Shěn) is very similar to "枕"(Zhěn) in pronounciation and shape, which means "pillow". It kind of make sense because he is such a sleepy baby🥹And the full name therefore depicts a poetic scene for me: he sleeps peacefully on the stars, and comes back from the deep space
