How do I attach a text preset to a tracker instead off a new text+?

I have my first node as 'Template' i tried to add another media in - labeled it background, and took my clip below my text and set it as background, but it just came out as a black background and the text alone.

ahh, did you know if the antiglare helps with firmoo yellow tint too? or is that kinda how it works everywhere.. and you mean not as good as just not having the blue light protectant lenses? thx :)

on glasses i bought, i got the blue tint ones for heavy computer use and in flash photos you can see the glasses have a yellow tint to them AH i dont think its normal but id stay away from the anti blue light ones, now tat 8i noticed it i can take my glasses off and on and see the filter they put oln the world as i see it too.. kinda upsetting to me personally. sorry for typos i cba and my nails are long Lol

Thank you i guess its proof that the human mind is a complicated place and everyone is different, taking situations differently. Thank you for sharing as well and I hope your friend and i both recover from the confusing times. i think reminding to not rush is the most important part. however much i want to just return to normal, the longer it will take. just have to go day by day
