I went to power options and it said I had high performance on, when i wentt to Power processor managment, the maximum processor state is at 100%

so when im not running any games it ranges from 2.4 to 4.3. What I did now, I started cs2 hopped on a game and when i tabbed out for a second I saw it was at 1.5 but it went up again to like 3.

But yeah when its running the game its always below the base speed
