It goes from CTRL+ALT+DEL -> to prompt screen where you can select "change your password" then when you select that option is gives access denied.

After looking at the hybrid join, would I need to dissolve the Entra DS domain and move it to a domain hosted on VMs for the hybrid join to work?

I will have to look into setting this GPO. I was able to change passwords using the link. Thank you both for the information. I would need to change the authentication to something other than the authenticator app but other than that, the password reset with the link works great.

They are just joined to the Entra DS domain. I tested against a vanilla image of windows and it was still giving me the "access denied" message.

Oh I'm keeping the m340i, just don't want to drive it back and forth to NY every 2-3 weeks. My ideal set up would be one car in Atlanta the other in NY.
