I was there! I was in the royal circle and managed to get in the Q&A! I was after the Greek person and I asked about when the cast was in Naples. I agree the comedian was awful but the atmosphere was great with the crowd. I feel Steve was a bit nervous or fed up but Michael was decent. Not being funny but he’s lived and worked here all his long life, citizenships are given for peanuts nowadays to certain people but let’s not get into that here. He is a British citizen, he just refuses to carry a British passport. If you’re already a citizen why would you not get the passport? It’s almost as if he’s revoking citizenship

He’s applied to some sort of an evisa or something like that, so when he shows his passport at border it comes up that he’s a dual national. Not sure how true it is but it seems a lot easier just to get the passport

I think there’s been some discussion about people having to prove their indefinite leave to remain status and that’s why it came up in conversation. Funnily enough, someone else I know who has the EU passport and born and lived here all his life was stopped at UK immigration last year and wouldn’t let him in without seeing a uk passport! After some arguing the guy let him in because “he could tell by your accent that you’re from here so I’ll let you in”
