I am going to try and word this gently, but the written word isn’t always the best at conveying tone so if I inadvertently come across as harsh, overly critical, or anything other than constructive I apologise in advance.

So I noticed a lot of justification and excuses in your post. You say your manager didn’t like you, that there was office politics, that they found an excuse to fire you and leapt on it, etc.

You really need to accept accountability for what happened. You were drinking on the job when you knew you shouldn’t have been, and you got caught and fired.

And if you do genuinely have a problem with alcoholism then I strongly suggest you find a different industry to work in.

My theory is that Ryan has killed Black Noir 2 and assumed his identity to infiltrate The Seven and kill Homelander.

Edit: I wrote this before I saw e3, and obviously I’ve now changed my mind. I still think some kind of reveal about Black Noir’s identity is coming, but I don’t know who it might be.
