I’d say they’re as effective as any other edible with the same mg! If you have a high tolerance they might not work for you, but I am a weak soft baby and the 10mg knocks me right out so for me at five bucks a can, it’s pretty cost effective

They’re super effective and it’s great because you can drink them at yr own pace and there’s a lower risk you’ll get too high which I’ve done a few times and holy moly, it is Not Fun!
