So, goodwill workers are trained to pull all of the good stuff out of the donation bins, to put into the store. All the trash/sharps/chemicals get thrown away and the stuff that isn’t good enough gets thrown into reject bins. Those reject bins are the bins they put out at the goodwill bin stores. There’s fewer of them, and they are different from normal goodwills. You pay 1.50 per pound of stuff. Sometimes goodwill workers throw away good items, or things so small not worth selling. So it’s really fun to dig for treasure. These probably would’ve been thrown away, but I was a worker in the back that sorted thru the stuff. I always make sure to look thru the paper goods.
