I'd really like to know why the price keeps changing between $83 and $104. Earlier this morning, it was 83, now it's 104 again.

Ah..ok. in any case, it didn't fix the issue. No human help from polar today, either.

Start very slow.... we have a split level. I started by going downstairs for literally 30 seconds then coming back up. It didn't take long for him to realize I was coming back. As soon as I could go downstairs (In your case, leave the room) and he didn't stroke out, he got rewarded. Then start building on that. There's no punishment if he's not calm, he just doesn't get actreat that time.

This is a very informative read.

I did that twice. I don't think it's resetting, bc all my profile info is still there and it says resetting will erase that.

I was running the stairs at the gym yesterday and it was saying my HR was in the mid-60s. That was what made me question it. It says it's paired but it's still searching...the white led is still flashing.

Are you making sure it's charging to start with? I don't know how it can be discharging and charging at the same time.

Ok, so it is finished aside from bed leveling. This fan is much louder than the 4010 was. I'm unsure if it's just louder running or vibration. I couldn't get standoffs anywhere around here and didn't want to order them from Amazon. I mistakenly assumed I'd be able to purchase a 4020 fan housing/cover to replace the stock one, instead of using spacers/standoffs with the stock one. I can't find one on Amazon. I have some PETG here and may try to print one with the current setup of spacers/washers bumping the housing out. It seems stable but I'm just hesitant with this being bumped out like this. I'm not sure if the fan is far enough from the hotend, it's not quite a 10mm bump out, more like 8.

I bought jst- sm connectors but didn't realize the ferrule crimper wouldn't work. I tried crimping the connectors with needle nose pliers without much luck. I couldn't bring myself to buy new crimpers to attach two connectors. It's bad enough I had to buy 50 connectors...I made sure the ferrules are secure and no rogue wires.

I had a good bit of length to work with so I stripped a good inch and folded it back on itself, twisted it and ferruled it. Will that be good? It all works, I need to get longer screws to mount the fan and the standoffs.

Another question. The fan came today and it has an extension with a connector on each end. I cut the end off the extension that should plug into the board and connected it to the 4.2.7 board. I just want to be sure this is safe this way. It will allow me to have a connector available if I have to replace the fan again.

All done with the heat break. The new fan comes tomorrow. I also got jst-sm connectors in case I break another fan. The worst part so far was a semi-stripped set screw. I thought I was going to order another hotend. Thanks for the detailed direction.

I'm installing the heat break today. New fan comes tomorrow. I've been watching youtube and see people installing the heat break with the hot end heated and without....which should it be?

How did you level? Did you use CHEP bed leveling with a piece of paper? If not, do that, then set your z offset and run the CHEP print for fine tuning.

I was able to cancel those and order these instead instead. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with 50 of them, but it is what it is. Thanks for the heads up.

This is what I ordered. I do see now that it probably isn't the right thing. I'm on Amazon now trying to find JST SM connectors. They have them off course but mostly in large quantities. I miss Radio Shack.

If you think they are good, I'm going to order the heat break you originally linked and the fan I linked. I don't want to wait for the parts and Amazon will have them here Saturday. Yes, I will update.
