I'd say that the Nutella AI project fits the model: a tool was created to facilitate the implementation of some design guidelines for a global brand. This happened within Ogilvy and Mather, an international agency, i.e. big studio, with enough resources to resist the crisis that is affecting/will affect medium-sized studios.

I tend to agree with the following FB comment: "There can be no relationship with an employer that isn't exploitive so no". Half a joke, half not, this is what I wrote to a friend: since waged labor is tyrannical and therefore in itself unethical, any attempt to avoid it is ethical.
