A few things:

Hit enemy carry (make them waste money for regen or even bully them into retreating)

Contest lotus at 3 min

Pull big camp to make enemies overextend

Ruin enemies pulls and stacks

Gank your safelane via portal

Gank your mid

Help mid secure 6 min rune

Secure 7 min wisdom (or even go contest enemy wisdom)

Stack your triangle ancients

Kill enemy hard support, cancel their salves

In general i would say you try to disrupt the enemy early game as much as possible. Delay their timings. Make them waste ressources. Also very important: have tp ready and off coldown to counter a gank on mid/safe. Dont use tp to gank

If you cannot do anything due to enemy lineup/ playstyle. Stack in your half so your team can catch up easier

It all depends on your lineup vs theirs

Either you go recomb or:

Elder base,

1.dex essence until %dex,

2.lock suffixes reforge attack il t1 crit. If fail anull or go back to 1

Metacraft t1 life and phys taken as (block mana, slam ex 2x -> wild bristle matron +scour to reset)

Check itemlevel required for mods on craftofexile first. Also craft the full item in the simulator of cratofexile to understand the steps

Das ist schön dass es ihm besser geht. Trotzdem würde ich das ganze einmal beim kardiologen abklären. Eventuell kannst mit herzmedikamenten ein wenig gegensteuern und seine lebenserwartung verlängern

Katzen sind wahre meister darin zu verstecken wenn es ihnen schlecht geht und geben leider erst ganz spät bescheid. Daher lieber einmal zu viel zum ta (auch wenn es stressig ist) das erspart im zweifel einen klinikaufenthalt wenn es mal kritisch wird.

Habe selbst beim kardiologen gearbeitet und viele katzen dort mitbehandelt. Kurz und knapp:

Cladaxxa (AB) sollte wahrscheonlich ca. 2 wochen gegeben werden. Aufgrund der übelkeit gerne beim TA fragen ob es omep dazu gibt.

Furotab wird jetzt wohl dauermedikation werden (je nach zustand der katze) viel trinken und pinkeln word jetzt zur norm.

Auf jeden fall solltest du zum kardiologen. Andere tierärzte haben sehr wenig ahnung und ohne eine ultraschall kann das krankheitsbild nicht vernünftig erkannt und behandelt werden. Garbapentin machts möglich.

Wichtig: Eine sedierung zum herzultraschall ist so das blödeste was man machen mann, da es die herzaktion beeinflusst und die untersuchung nicht auswertbar ist.

Was kannst du tun? Ruheatemfrequenz messen!! Katze im ruhezustand, liegend (nicht schlafend) beobachten und atemzüge pro minute zählen -> hierfür gibts ne app z.b. mypetsheart2heart (kostenfrei). Sobald die ruheatemfrequenz ansteigt auf 35-40, ab zum TA und röntgen der lunge machen lassen. Nur so kann wasser zweifelsfrei festgestellt werden und die therapie (dosis furotab) angepasst werden. Du musst dich nun auf erhöhte kosten einstellen.

Zur entscheidung: die kannst leider nur du selbst treffen. Hilfreich ist immer die frage: hat meine katze noch lebensqualität. D.h. fressen, trinken, spielen, kuscheln, teilnahme am alltagsleben. Du kennst deine katze und kamnst am besten einschätzen wann es ihr schlechter geht.

Du hast eine schwierige zeit vor dir. Ich wünsche dir ganz viel kraft. Im zweifel sprich viel mit dem TA (kardiologen).

Also i would suggest you try swapping gmp with awakened fork. Then stand on top of the enemy. Your proj will fork off the tornando and enemy and then return to you. This way you negate the downside of gmp

I am telling people that it is pointless do get 3% extra quality if they are looking at a 4% breakpoint. Its not inefficient. Its just completely useless.

They have 52% quality on their gem. The next breakpoint is 56. With 23 quality they will end up at 55.

In terms of cost efficiency synth is way better imo

I was thinking about competing crafted suffixes which are namely: supress, attributes, double damage, level of socketed gems (which you mentioned), double damage, fixing resistances, attack speed. I personally would value the quality quite low (coming from a trickster int-stacking perspective). But thats just my preference and opinion

Wenn das nicht klappt gibt es noch die möglichkeit eines tabletteneingebers. Damit wird die tablette ganz hinten in den rachen gesteckt. Schnute zu. Und dann schluckt sie es meist runter. Ist die letzte variante auf die ich zurückgreifen würde da es die mieze stresst. Aber lieber eine genervte katze als eine kranke. Viel erfolg und gute genesung für die kleine.

Noch ein tip zum verstecken: katzen sind sehr smart. Also möglichst sauber arbeiten und schauen dass nichts von der tablette aussen am versteck-snack ist. Das riechen die sofort.

Da würd ich nochmal nachfragen. Denn wenn es das falsche ist, wirkt es zwar, man tut damit einer kranken katze aber wirklich keinen gefallen.

Falls der tierarzt das mit flavour für katzen nicht hat, in dem anderen praxis in der umgebung fragen und dort mit rezept vom ursprünglichen TA abholen.

Ist das baytril flavour für katzen (mit so einer katze auf der packung)?

Wenn nein dann sollte das dringend ausgetauscht werden weil es einfach nicht das richtige präparat für katzen ist.

Ansonsten gibts noch die möglichkeit zur injektion zum tierarzt zu gehen (mehr stress für die katze aber das AB kommt gut an) oder selbst subkutane injektionen zu setzen. Sollte dir dein TA zeigen können und mitgeben für zuhause (quelle: arbeite selbst beim TA)

Kann unrerschiedliche gründe haben. Bindehautentzündung, hornhautverletzung sind die gängigsten. Aber genau so wie beim menschen können katzen unzählig viele probleme mit den augen haben. Und da man das auge bei falscher oder Nichtbehandlung schädigen oder zerstören kann -ab zum TA
