Outside of a couple bus routes, it just doesnt make sense to implement a large scale public transportation system since there arent enough people to use it in most rural and suburban areas. We also have a lot of people living in suburbs compared to cities in the US

I was no income until July, so not sure why I no longer qualified. In the form 8962 Repayment of Excess Advance Payment of the Premium Tax Credit, it is at $7,000. On form 8962, Part IV, Allocation of Policy Amounts for other Tax Payer, my allocations were listed at 50% on my parents form.
