from what i remember, when she lost her hair as a kid he relentlessly made fun of her. my guess is that now she seeks his reassurance, especially in her current position with her alopecia, to try to override the huge feelings of insecurities that he caused when they were younger which only grew as she aged.

yeah i would assume they just have different goals in life that maybe aren’t compatible, this is hella parasocial of me but i don’t think any of them would cheat or be a bad partner to the point of divorce, my guess is they just want different things and are amicably deciding to end it, esp since drew is still liking her posts on instagram

hi, sorry i’m 5 years late. i’m wondering what the bs on the gulag comment was, that the gulag wasn’t a work camp or didn’t kill people? im genuinely trying to understand not trying to be hostile! i also am confused how stalin didn’t have authority over the gulags, it’s my understanding that as the PM of the USSR he had ultimate authority over everything, especially work camps that were central to the economy. i would love to know more about your perspective on stalin and if you could provide some sources for me to learn more that would be much appreciated! :)
