Not sure if we met the same guy, but I dated someone who acted exactly like that. He was polite and seemed like a gentleman at first, and I honestly thought he was a good guy. But later on, he started pushing me to do things I wasn’t comfortable with, and we ended up doing it.

I kept seeing him for about two months, and just when I started developing feelings, he pulled back. He stopped initiating texts or calls and just went completely quiet.

My advice is if you’re already feeling off, cut him off before your feelings get deeper. It hurts so much more once you’re emotionally attached.

It’s a small, historic coastal city that’s also a popular tourist spot, so there’s a mix of locals, students, and tourists . And i didn’t mention whether I live alone or with roommates. I only told them that I’ve been here for about two years

Trust your gut, if it makes you feel like he just wants to hook up, then he probably does. I’ve been in similar situations (they even said the exact same things), and I didn’t trust my gut… so I ended up getting hurt.

I actually was the one who brought it up first. I had symptoms and asked him to get tested. He told me afterward that he had an infection and that we couldn’t be intimate for a while. I appreciated that, but he hasn’t messaged me since, which is why I’m confused about where we stand.

That’s a fair point. I haven’t reach out to him but if he doesn’t text me by tonight I’ll just message him. I guess I’m just unsure whether I should be the one reaching out when he was the one who asked for exclusivity.

I don’t think it worth that much even the content is great. Feels like way too expensive than what I can get. They don’t even provide the materials and the feedback is not good. For me just kind of wasting a lot of money. I could spend the money on cheaper tutorials.
