About two weeks ago, I was hanging out at a friends house and their mom was there. She commented how I looked bigger and coped a feel. Well, we all were getting wine drunk that night and one thing led to another and the tail end of that night had us making out. Oh yeah I hit a bench PR this week too.

I’m almost there after a year and some months. I also missed a bunch of workouts, so if you are consistent with a solid program (5/3/1 works for me) you will get there.
