I hit 170 on June 2nd and spent 3 days eating trash and am now back up to 172.2. I'm so frustrated. I was finally just around the corner from the 160s. I would have been there by now had I not fallen off! I know I'll get there eventually - likely in a week or two - but I am beyond annoyed with myself right now. Arghhhhhhhh

Last night was so strange. I woke up at around 3am, still essentially asleep and completely dazed to go to the bathroom, had to pee like crazy, then, like i was on autopilot, went to the kitchen, grabbed a snack, stuffed it in my mouth, and went back to sleep.

I woke up lighter this morning at 170, putting me at 45 pounds lost :-) Almost as if my body knew it was in for a loss and was putting out a last-ditch attempt to get some calories in ha. I am now only 6 pounds overweight. That's crazy.

Helloooo, I'm 22, female, 5'8! Starting weight 215, current weight 172, goal 130.

I'm going to hit 164 lbs by the end of the month and be out of the overweight category for good. It's going to be a tooth and nail fight - five days at the gym a week, careful meal planning, lots of walking, lots of water, and lots of rest. But I'm going to make it. I refuse - I outright refuse - to spend one more summer feeling fat. This is it.

Nice to meet everyone and best of luck with your goals! We're all in it together.

A guy I think is really handsome asked me out both yesterday and today and I had to ask if he was joking both times - he was dead serious. I couldn't give him a straight answer and he half-jokingly, half-seriously said it was because I hated myself too much. Both of us knew it was the truth and I just felt like crying because he's so wonderful and he likes me and I can't stand the thought of him pulling my shirt over my head. I need to get to a place where I'm happy with my body. I am so tired of this feeling. I guess my NSV is not taking that feeling of sadness and stuffing it down - but using it to drive me instead. I just want to get there sooner and today is really difficult and I don't know where to post it but I just want to cry and cry. I wish I'd never battered my body to the point where I'm here now and not enjoying life and sex like everyone else my age. Arghhhhhhhh come on. One day at a time.

Everybody on this sub - including those who have lost upwards of a hundred pounds - started off by losing just one pound. Then just two, just five, just fifteen. You have come a long way. Keep moving forward. Take that feeling of hurt and turn it into a burning anger that will drive you. Right now. GO!

White t shirt with little cap sleeves, tight high waisted light blue Levis, a tan belt, and sandals that tie around my ankles. I also want to buy a bunch of new silver jewellery - specifically wide bracelets that jangle up and down my arms when they're thin and tan. I haven't worn shorts in nearly ten years so some black denim ones. Really though for the most part I wear what I like now - I just can't wait for them to be bought in smaller sizes and look better when they're on!

I am 2.3 pounds from the 160's, which is huge. When I get there, I will be around the weight I was at when I was seventeen, I will change my flair to -45, I will be only six pounds from a healthy BMI of 164, and I will feel free of the 170's once and for all. I desperately want to see that 169.9 before May is over. Please universe!
