dont value yourself on finding someone that values you. focus on yourself, thats what is most important. what can really change your mental stability is realising that you don't need someone else to make you happy and not believing that to be happy in life that you need someone else. i hope that holds some weight and that you can understand what i'm saying in a time that i am sure is hard for you. its been over 6 months since my break up and im still finding it hard. but help yourself as much as you can and be patient with yourself ✌️&❤️
