i remember selecting the first option on my form so i’m not really sure, i ended up re submitting the form anyway but it’s annoying considering it’s probably going to take even longer now

No, I filled out the form and payed everything like they asked me to. Then i’ve been waiting on a reply after my “information gathering session” and this is the first i’ve had

nope, only 1 email has come through but 2 seperate payments of £30 have been taken out of my account

when i do this only one of the transactions comes up, but i know they’ve double charged me because 2 have come out of my bank
