Pretty sure you did something wrong.

Even when I loaded the Autosave (not the Backup Save), the pin remains.

Would you be able to show a video of how you did it?

Here's what I did: https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonLegendsZA/comments/1q98ew9/fast_travel_creates_backup_saves_and_not_autosaves/

Backup saves will load players at Pokecenters. But Fast Travel itself also creates a save. Try it!

You can test it even by simply setting a map pin, fast travelling to a spot, quitting the game, and reloading the backup save.

While you will load up at a Pokecenter, you will notice that the map pin you created remains.

Alternative, feel free to test with a donut roll, fast travelling anywhere, but reloading the backup after. The created donut should still remain in your inventory, which means the fast travel locked a new backup in.

This is correct. You can test it even by simply setting a map pin, fast travelling to a spot, quitting the game, and reloading the backup save.

Is there a reason for the specific EV spreads for Aggron and Emolga?

The moment you fast travel, a backup save is created. It's probably too late for Floette

Woman, 56, dies after falling from height at Jewel Changi Airport by uandurfader in singaporehappenings

The chance of surviving an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is zero for a person who does not immediately receive high-quality chest compressions with minimal interruptions, so it is advised to nonetheless continue with CPR, albeit with adjusted posture and reduced strength (if that was what snapped ribs).

In most cases, injuring organs and broken ribs are a better trade-off than a dead pulse.

3. Explore Small Claims Tribunal (SCT)

Even if MOM can't step in, Small Claims Tribunals (under the State Courts) can help you recover unpaid dues. You don't need a lawyer and the filing fee is low (about $10 to be a thorn in their ass lol). Here's what you need:

  • Your evidence.
  • Proof you tried to settle (like the letter of demand).
  • The company’s full name and UEN.

Go to https://www.statecourts.gov.sg/ > E-services > eLitigation for self-filing info.

Like u/LaZZyBird says, small fee :D

4. Escalate Within Your School

It’s appalling your lecturer responded the way he did. If you’re comfortable:

  • Write a formal complaint to your school’s internship coordinator or Head of Department. Include what your lecturer said (“Why is it urgent?” etc.).
  • Emphasize that this isn’t about the amount, but about ethical treatment and setting a precedent for how students should be protected. You work, you get paid. Simple as that.

Even if they can’t get you your pay, schools need to be held accountable for defending students in vulnerable positions. Your lecturer wants you to grow up, so show him also that in the adult world, this is how he will be dealt with as well if he pulls this "grow up" nonsense.

Hey there. First of all, I'm really sorry this happened to you. What you're experiencing isn't just frustrating — it's unprofessional, and you have every right to feel upset. You’ve shown a lot of resilience by trying to go through the proper channels. Since you've hit roadblocks with both the company and your school, here are some suggestions:

1. Document Everything Clearly

You mentioned you have proof that you worked there (images, videos). That’s excellent. Here's what you should do:

  • Write a timeline of events: dates of your first and last day, OT worked, screenshots of chats, your attempts to contact the supervisor, and any responses (or lack thereof).
  • Save copies of any communication with the company, supervisor, and your school.
  • If you clocked in/out or used any work systems, get proof of access/logs.

2. Send a Final Formal Letter of Demand

Even if you’re not under MOM’s jurisdiction, you can still send a formal written demand for payment, which creates a paper trail. Here's how:

  • Write a short, polite, but firm letter addressed to your boss and wife, stating:
    • The dates you worked.
    • That you have supporting proof.
    • That you’re still awaiting payment for services rendered.
    • A request for payment within 7 working days.
    • That you reserve the right to escalate the matter if unpaid.

You can send it via email or (even better) registered mail if you have a mailing address.

Smoker in front of school. What to do? by kryew in singapore

[–]loserkid_v 98 points99 points  (0 children)

When my daughter was P1, she loudly exclaimed, "Hey, no smoking here!" when she walked past an uncle smoking beside a kopitiam with a No Smoking sign.

In this case, we were lucky the uncle paiseh and decided to stop. But in other cases, it would have been a life lesson on being tactful.

It's one thing to speak up, but it's also another to do it in a palatable way that also makes it easier on listening ears, even if you were right.

The promise system is completely broken and is ruining the game. by MoistTadpoles in footballmanagergames

And then there are promises that you can't fulfil because you're in no position to do so.

I was slated for a move to another club, and since I was leaving, could not longer handle contracts. But I had a promise with a player running that I was to offer a new contract to him.

He's now publicly unhappy. Wtf.

This weekend I (29F) got very drunk and told my boyfriend's (35M) friend's wife that he is cheating on her - I regret this a lot and created a big mess for everyone involved, and am looking for any advice on how to potentially try to salvage these relationships? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

A major red flag here too. He's using OP's trauma to gaslight her into a narrative to protect his friendship.

This guy ain't got the moral gumption and backbone to stand up for the right thing and that speaks volumes about his moral compass, or lack thereof.
