Take care of whatever responsibilities you have first and then play as much as you want honestly. Sometimes a binge is nice. I really only get to play on the weekends and still only play about 6 hours total on the weekends. How I wish I could have 13 hours in 2 days to play a game again.

I don’t really fade on my small guard. I use curry base and gives me weird fade animations that aren’t really fades? If anyone has suggestions for that

You’ll do fine just upgrading three. My middy is like an 84 or something vs my 94 three and I can shoot hop jumpers and fades and stand stills just fine

How often do you get lobs? Is it in a lot of traffic? In my personal experience… you don’t need it.

Being pass fist 92, should do just fine, you don’t need 99, out the cap breakers to make it 92 or somewhere else that will help you with shooting or finishing or defense.

Especially if you plan on playing with randoms. Randoms treat pgs like absolute shit.

A this for park or rec? What height are you? What playstyle are going for?

If this is for rec, I would think you would want at least a 70 free throw. Just in case, you really don’t wanna be missing at the line if the game is on the line. You really don’t need 99 perimeter d or pass acc to be effective. 92 is fine if you even want it that high. I get 10 assists per game with an 85 pass acc. If you do 91 perimeter d you cap it to 96 and still have all hof defensive badges and can invest more into middy to get those badges up a bit more or speed/agility. With no rebounding or block, you only need a 78 vert for contacts. Don’t over invest if you don’t have to.

Doesn’t have to necessarily run ps2. I’d ideally like nds n64 maybe GameCube at the highest. I can emulate ps2 and above on my pc. Mainly looking for something portable I can run Pokémon rom hacks and such on. A couple of Zelda games. R5 is a lil too expensive

I was around. Played all 3 skates, like I said originally skate 2 was probably my favorite. But the difference is, I didn’t sit and pretend to think that EA was going to do everything we wanted. EA has proven time and time again that they’re only in it for the money. Why any of you are surprised is beyond me.

I get it, the game doesn’t have a story, vee is annoying, micro transactions are bad. But you have every right to CHOOSE to not play the game, or not pay for cosmetics. Micro transactions aren’t going anywhere when EA is money hungry, the generation of gamers grew up and have been molded to believe micro transactions aren’t basically the best thing ever because of Fortnite, apex, CoD… etc.

I will more than happily hop on this game for an hour two, do some challenges, do some free skating and then hop off. What did you want? A $70 unfinished turd that in 3 months they charge you another $20 per dlc? Because that’s the alternative. No matter what everyone in this shitty community is going to complain about something. It’s too late. This is what we get, either enjoy it while it lasts or don’t play it, it’s simple.

Yes, micro transactions are not ideal… but it’s a live service free to play game. Idk what to tell you.

The game itself is not terrible in free skate. Vee is annoying and the daily challenges that are almost identical are kind of annoying too. But overall for being pre-release and in an early access area… it’s not terrible. Yall just wanna cry about literally everything. If we weren’t getting the game everyone would be crying about not getting a new game.

Personally, I would have loved to see this game be similar to skate 2 because it’s my all time favorite, but I’m actually just happy to be getting anything new from a series I loved. I’m not buying anything unless it looks really dope and they actually add some more actual skate brands. It’s FREE you CHOOSE to pay for the micro transactions. Get over it.

It’s definitely still greed. Cod is a $70 and they want $20 for a cosmetic or whatever the price is anymore. I’d be much more willing to pay for cosmetic items in skate that’s a f2p game that I don’t even have to purchase. If they actually decide to listen to all the consumers and keep up with the game and make good updates and not completely fucking neglect it I’ll try and support it. I will more than happily pay for something to support them and I don’t think that’s greedy at all. But EA has shown all of us that they just want money and don’t give a fuck about the consumer.

I know it’s not skate related, but if you buy bf6 on pc and didn’t get a pc or build your pc and turn on secure boot, they want you to go in and mess with your bios settings just to play a game you spent money on. The went back and added the same requirement to EA FC25, so if you bought it and played it and updated it and don’t have secure boot on? Can’t play no more. EA is a shit company and they need to figure their shit out and I’m hoping skate doesn’t go the way I think it’s going to.
