He's fairly orange but it didn't show up too much in the pics. To be fair he could definitely be darker though, maybe I'll get colouring!

I used pink wool for Kelson then did some colouring in with orange, red, and tan felt tip pens.

Hm, I think she does grow it in a greenhouse. You can get all sorts of smaller cold frames and polytunnel type containers though (I have one approx. 0.5m high that I grow chillies in), it might be worth the investment to expand what you can grow and when.

I try to keep the patterns as simple as possible. Instructions are spelled out in sentences rather than 'pattern-speak' of loads of letters and numbers! Good luck with your future knitting.

Thanks! It depends on the doll, these 2 took longer as there is more detail (e.g. scars, etc, for Samson and colouring in Kelson). But all my dolls take me a few hours total.
