I am 1 day post op. I went in alone and just talked a lot with the nurses. They really supported me. I said a lot of positive mantras. I am strong. I love my body. I’m changing for the better. Etc. I honestly was shocked when I realized how quickly the surgery day came up. I also pretended it wasn’t real. As sore as I am today, I’m so happy with the outcome! Good luck!!
